Be careful and stay away. I tried to get the free cancellation that the receptionist and I had agreed on, but the owners weren’t there and the staff blamed Booking. I stood my ground until they finally approved it, so the system would show they couldn’t charge me. The whole thing was frustrating for both me and the receptionist. Her little daughter even gave her a cookie while we were stuck dealing with it for ages. The receptionist didn’t know what to do on the PC, so I tried to help. It turned out to be simple once it was approved. I called the owner myself, since his wife, who is also an owner, had stopped answering the receptionist. He approved it in three seconds. No wonder we couldn’t sort anything out on the PC. It felt like they were trying to scam me, and it was sad to see the receptionist left to handle it while the owners didn’t show up or act honestly.

I’m staying here now. The AC works well, and the sheets are new, spotless, and perfectly clean. But I can’t fall asleep because the receptionist keeps watching videos on her phone, even after hours. At midnight I turned on the fan to cover the sound. There’s no hot water, so each shower takes some getting used to. They provide bottled drinking water, which is nice, but a dispenser for filling our own mugs would be much better for the environment.

The owner was friendly, especially the young boy, who I guess is the owner's son. For 250k a night, it was great value. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, right in the center of Vo Thi Sau street. They provided free cold bottled water. The only downside was no hot water, though the water was already quite warm thanks to how sunny Bien Hoa is during the day.
