The air conditioning didn't work, and dust was everywhere, including on the fan blades. My double room on the fourth floor smelled strongly of cigarettes, with dust smell hanging around too. The wallpaper was peeling and torn, the TV was barely staying up, and the faucet was filthy. Even the shower stall looked like it belonged in an abandoned house. It seemed to be run by a young couple, though if this is how they run it, maybe they should just stay out of the way. I can't figure out how Booking.com gave it a 9.3. I'd rate it 3 or less. For me, this was the dirtiest motel in Vietnam.

People I didn't know contacted me on WhatsApp and offered to pay me to give this place five stars. It clearly seems like a scam, and this doesn't look like a good place. Don't go there. Maybe then they'll understand they shouldn't work with WhatsApp scammers.

The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there's secure bike storage. Grab is available in town too.

The room was dirty and smelled moldy, and there were cockroaches. They'd received my information and phone number on paper but still didn't issue the e-invoice they promised. Really bad.
