The rooftop cocktail bar was a real surprise, and the drinks were really good by international standards. The hotel felt like a hidden gem and was good value in Buon Ma Thuot. The staff were very friendly, and it never felt overcrowded. Our room was clean, modern and nice, with good shower pressure. It was a nice touch having the air-con controls by the bed.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and I loved the modern bedroom and its super soft, comfortable bed. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They even arranged transport to my next destination without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. My one complaint is that the cocktails served on the top floor are rather small. I’d definitely stay here again.

The standard rooms are a little smaller than those at Hami Garden, which has the same owner. That’s the only possible downside I noticed. The hotel is good value, with excellent lunch menu choices, a pool, gym and sauna. What stood out most was how genuinely kind all the staff seemed. If I came back to BMT, I’d probably book here again.

We had two rooms. One was a reasonable size and acceptable, but smelled really unpleasant. The other was small, windowless, and unclean, and it had a bad smell too. It was a disappointing stay.

A lovely, very clean hotel with great amenities, and we liked the rooftop. The one drawback during our visit was someone playing videos loudly in the corridor outside our room. The sound carried a long way.
