The garden and the whole homestay area were really nice, and the host was friendly. The room, though, felt uninspiring and expensive for what it was, 350K for 2 people. The towels were microfiber and didn't dry us, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It had aircon and a fan, but the bathroom stank. It's close to the Mekong and a nice walkway along it, though a bit far from town for dinner, a 30-40 min walk. The pho place down the road is cheap and good!

The place has a unique, homey feel, with lots of colorful rooms to choose from. The big yard is full of plants, with comfortable spots to sit and a fan. They kindly accepted us even though we arrived at midnight, and gave us a good deal. We had our own bikes, but it looked like they had some for guests to use for exploring too.

The owner arranged a boat tour for us and even gave us a homegrown mango. The room was nice and clean, and the garden was beautiful. It's a very local location by the river, which made for an amazing experience and was worth visiting.

Nice place, close to lots of activities. There are 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 8 with single beds, all with AC. Many of them were booked at that time.
