The peaceful, private feel of Lumina Villa Cam Ranh made for a lovely stay, and we’d happily return. The restaurant had a good selection, with flavors that suited Asian tastes and that we really enjoyed. Our three-bedroom villa was roomy, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with modern amenities. Having a private swimming pool gave us comfort and privacy, making it a great place for the family to relax and spend time together.

The spacious living room and kitchen were real highlights, and the facilities were excellent for the price. With kitchen utensils and a washing machine available, it was convenient for a family trip. AN, our butler, was so friendly and made the stay comfortable. The private pool was great for playing in the water and spending time with the kids. I had a very satisfying stay at Lumina Villa, and would recommend it if you’re looking for good value.

Our house was spacious, cleaned every day, and supplied with fresh towels and water daily. Having our own little swimming pool was a nice extra after a hot day. We had a relaxing stay and could use Wyndham’s amenities, including the main pool, restaurants, beach, and free buggy rides. The Spa and Wyndham was good, and the fitness room looked new and well equipped. We rented motorbikes easily through a local company, which made it easy to get around to Nga Trang and Cam Ranh.

The villa was nice, the beach had clear water and sandy shores, and we had a happy stay. Ann, our butler, replied quickly on WhatsApp whenever we needed a buggy ride between the villa and elsewhere, with service available 24 hours. Breakfast was good too.

Without our consent, Agoda and the hotel canceled our National Day booking. The hotel called to say there’d been a pricing error. Are customers really expected to bear the responsibility and consequences of your mistakes? Is that the industry standard?
