They should clean the whole beach, not only the section in the middle.

I book this resort regularly for a 0.5-night stay because it’s near the airport, but this time the check-in took 45 minutes even though I was the only guest waiting. A young woman was working alone at reception. She asked me to wait, then after 20 minutes without any update I asked how much longer it would be. She said I had to wait until she got confirmation of my stay. The reception service was terrible, and I wish she’d apologized in advance for the long delay. It was only a 0.5-night visit, but I lost all that time and don’t want to return. If I book again, I plan to choose an Imperial room instead of an Ocean View room.

It’s 47 kilometers away, and there isn’t a water park.

They checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When they raised it with reception, the response was indifferent and unprofessional, leaving them extremely dissatisfied.
