For our purposes, the location worked well. I was here for work and this place was close to where I needed to be. It’s a quiet, low-population area with very little tourism, so understandably people don’t know why you’re here. I don’t either. And at $3 a day, the price is hard to believe. The room is huge, almost twice the size of my studio back in Nevada, with a king bed, great air con, a fridge, and a big ensuite shower. At home I live cheaply too, $700 a month where the average is around $1200, in an old dorm room converted to a studio with a shared kitchen and three other tenants. Laundry here costs $2 and they do it for you. There’s also a massage place in the building. Need more toilet paper or towels? Just ask. The windows have one-way tint, so you don’t even have to close the blinds if you don’t want people looking in. The staff don’t speak English, but you can manage without it, especially if you have a smartphone for translation. My only reason for not giving service five stars is that five-star service means everything is done for you, while this place is more self-service. Anyone complaining about the value must be high or a terrible person. The room is basically a suite for $3 a day. This place is great. Complainers might consider abduction of participation from the gene pool.
