Thur made me feel looked after throughout my stay at BigHotel in Can Tho. She was patient as she explained the options, arranged transport, and made sure everything was in place. She answered every question with a friendly smile, and her genuine kindness went along with real competence. Her help gave me the confidence to explore the region easily. Although she works at reception, Thur went well beyond that role. She helped me plan trips around Can Tho and the Mekong Delta, sharing extensive local knowledge and suggesting great places I wouldn’t have found by myself. Her service turned a good stay into an unforgettable one. I’d happily recommend BigHotel Can Tho because of staff like her, and I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Vietnam. If I could, I’d give Thur more than five stars.

During my week at The Big Hotel in Can Tho, I slept well every night. The place was peaceful and spotless, and the staff were kind, cheerful, and ready to help with whatever I needed. It’s right in the city center, a short walk from the main market and surrounded by great local food spots. I loved staying here and definitely recommend it if you want somewhere comfortable, quiet, and convenient.
