The staff really stood out. The evening receptionists were skilled and lovely, and the housekeeper was cheerful, kind, and friendly. The afternoon security guard made the strongest impression, always polite, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is also well located, with plenty of parking and new, convenient facilities.

I travel for work often and have stayed in lots of hotels, but this was the worst I've seen. It costs 400k a night. At checkout, Le, Tan brought a pillow downstairs to ask housekeeping whether there was an extra charge because it was so dirty. The mark on it looked like a fresh needle mark, which was frightening. I visited once and wouldn't dare go back.

Parking is plentiful and the location is convenient. My room was clean and nice, and the basic service was good. The price was above average, though I thought it was reasonable.

I rented a room for exactly one hour during my lunch break, then went downstairs to pay. They said they needed to go back up and check something, which took about ten minutes, and then charged me for two hours. When I asked to pay for the actual hour, they argued loudly and said the computer had calculated it, not them. Later, I brought a friend to stay and go sightseeing. We checked in at 12 PM and checked out in the same way, but they charged extra.
