I spent six weeks in Vietnam, and this was easily the worst hotel of my stay. The room was cramped, with an uncomfortable bed tucked into a narrow alcove and no nightstands. There's just one power outlet for the whole room, even though we need to charge phones, battery packs, cameras, and other things. The bathroom is inside the room, and the toilet was filthy and stained. They could easily deep clean it or replace it. Staff acted helpless and stupid. I never write bad reviews, but this is my first. Avoid this place.

Our room was small, but cozy and had everything we needed. The shower was big enough for me, the door was thick enough to block hallway noise, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was catered on level 2, with options that suited my dietary needs. Lovely hotel.

Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. We had a pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable room. As of August 2023 the area was still being rejuvenated, so there wasn't much nearby. The main part of town is only about 1.5 kms away and walkable. Trust me, we walked it.

The room was okay, but the location is far away. There were four of us and we got just one key card. Nobody told us beforehand there'd be a fee if we lost it. When we needed a replacement, they took 20 minutes to print one and were very disrespectful. The service deserves one star, even if I can see why the hotel is rated three stars. The people were rude, especially to foreigners, and the way they handle things disgusted me. They're not efficient at all. Also, there was a spider on the bed, no shower curtain, and the room wasn't very clean.
