I usually wear contact lenses without any trouble, but the pair the makeup artist gave me caused pain and irritation. I had to remove them and take the photos without lenses. Afterward my eyes were swollen and had pus, and dealing with that cost me even more money. The photographer couldn't even provide the bride with a new set of contacts, so she was given dirty ones instead. I got sick during the shoot, spent a lot, and wasn't happy with the pictures. The clothes were old, the photos and editing were poor, and the whole place felt unprofessional. Getting my photos done there was a mistake.

The shop had very few wedding or reception dresses, and the designs weren't attractive. The dress I rented had no zipper or other fastening, just one tie. They also never told me there would be a laundry charge if the dress got dirty. It was only slightly dirty when I returned it, but they charged me 200,000 VND to wash it. The wedding photos weren't good, and the makeup looked terrible. Two months later, I still hadn't received my album. The way they run the business feels unclear and inefficient. Anyone planning wedding photos in Ha Long should think carefully. I'd rather pay a bit more for better pictures than go to this shop.
