We arrived at 7pm with nowhere to sleep. They hadn’t warned us that our room would go to someone else if we didn’t arrive before 6pm, and they gave us no help finding a replacement.

It was very noisy, even from our room facing the market on the 4th floor. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and reception helped us book buses and transfers. The location is good for walking around. The hotel gave us towels but no toilet roll.

The night market was very loud, but the location is right in the center. Our room was clean and good value for money. The staff were very helpful, though there was no toilet paper and the fridge smelled bad.

The information customers got when booking was completely different from what actually happened. I booked 3 rooms on booking.com after the hotel said there was no need to pay or deposit anything in advance. After the booking, a staff member called to ask how many people were going. We were 6 people staying in 3 rooms, but I was told I had to pay another 100k/person ??? They also required a 50% deposit in advance to hold the rooms.

The staff were friendly and incredibly supportive, and the rooms were clean and nice. It’s also conveniently located and affordable. If I go to Can Tho again, I’ll definitely stay here.
