This was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Our family had four rooms, and it took just half an hour for us all to agree to leave. We booked through Unique tours, and they’ll be getting a similar review. The first thing we noticed was the smell of urine at reception. Every room smelled disgusting too. Our bathroom flooded, and staff said it couldn’t be fixed, so I had to turn off the water behind the toilet. We moved rooms, but the new one had mouldy walls and ceiling, peeling wallpaper, and dirty cups. The other rooms had similar problems.

My worst hotel stay was at the Saigon Can Tho hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and didn’t seem to care about my comfort or safety. The room was dirty and smelled musty, with stained sheets and bugs crawling around. The mattress felt like a rock, the AC didn’t work well, and the shower leaked with weak water pressure. The safe box was broken and there was no ice available. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We ended up spending the night in the same room, just moving the bed away from the wall after spraying it and changing the sheets. That was after we found ants all over one bed when we returned at night. The front desk said switching rooms would cost extra. They gave us ant spray and sent a security guard to help change the bedding, but the infested sheets were left outside our door since it wasn't his job to deal with them.

The staff were really accommodating, and the room was fairly clean. We had to ask for extra pillows since there was only one per bed. The AC started leaking in the middle of the night, though it stopped soon after. Is it the best place here? No, but it's not the worst either.

The rooftop pool and breakfast were both great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and look nice. It's a good hotel in Can Tho, and plenty of tourists seem to stay here when visiting the city.
