My father and I felt so good staying at this beautiful hotel that I wanted to take the time to write about it. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the shower had perfect water. The location was perfect, the staff were so friendly, and the service was excellent. 100% recommended.

A central place with clean, well-equipped rooms. One thing to know: the Google Maps photo selection is a confusing mess. Many photos from Thanh Loan 2, a 2-star hotel outside the city, have been put here by mistake.

The location is good and the rooms are okay, but the service is poor. Don’t count on laundry service, or on them helping if you arrive after 4pm :(

The prices and accommodations are fair. It’s a good hotel in Cao Bang city, close to the local market with lots of restaurants around it.

The room was clean, but they didn’t provide basic things like a towel until I asked. Breakfast was horrible, with coffee recycled from what was left over before.
