The staff are so friendly and attentive, and I felt right at home. My stay was cozy and comfortable, with a large bedroom, separate lounge, and even a kitchen. It’s clean and in a great location. I love it here.

I booked ahead, then they told me there were no rooms. I spent ages trying to sort it out and still couldn’t get a refund. Don’t come here!

I usually book ahead when I come to Hanoi for work, since my budget is limited and early reservations tend to cost less. The security guard was friendly, and there are plenty of routes nearby, which is convenient. You could also try Era’s other locations. They’re all good.

It was really hard to find this place. There was no hand soap, someone had left a hair tie behind, and there was hair in the bathroom and toilet. The Wi-Fi password on the door was wrong. Luckily, I thought to check the modem, which had the right one. The bathroom mirror was dirty, and the toilet paper was awful. There were stains on the walls everywhere. There wasn’t any projector, even though one was advertised. The mattress was hard, and the bedding was poor quality and smelled like cheap, sweet detergent. You can find somewhere better for this money.
