The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged an all-day taxi to Tra Su Forest and Sam Mountain, helped us get our onward bus tickets, and did our laundry for 15k per kilo, ready the next day. Our room had plenty of space and two large double beds, even though we'd booked a double, plus a TV and mini fridge. The bathroom was fairly clean, but so wet when we arrived that it seemed freshly hosed down. The bedding, pillows, and towel had some stains, and from our first-floor room we could smell people smoking downstairs at night. Getting to the town centre and main restaurants takes about a 30-minute walk, including 10 minutes on a busy road without a pavement. You can easily take a taxi or rent a scooter at the hotel. For the very reasonable price, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to budget travellers.

Everything was perfect. There's a coffee place right next door where a cup costs just 10k. I'd give it 7/10, but it made for a wonderful morning, and it's the cheapest coffee I've ever had.

Ngan, the owner, was very helpful and speaks good English. She suggested several nice restaurants around town, ordered taxis, booked our bus tickets, and interpreted for us. Even when she wasn't there, we could WhatsApp her and she'd reply quickly. Great hospitality and service.

We booked at the last minute during our trip, and the hotel turned out better than we expected. The host was incredibly thoughtful and helpful, and the price was unbeatable. I didn't catch her name. Thanks for looking after our big family of 20. Some of us are quite particular about bathrooms, and we liked that this one has a glass door separating the shower and toilet area, so the whole bathroom doesn't stay wet like it does in many hotels. We'd definitely book here again if we're back in town. ☺️
