Bamboo Riverside Boutique Hotel

We had a great stay, thanks! The hotel is new, quiet, clean, and cozy, with really good value for money. We wanted a balcony room, but they were all booked, and the staff went out of their way to help us find another option. I’d recommend getting a river view room.

While I was there, I came down with a cold and fever, and the team looked after me with so much kindness. They even declined to charge me for some extra services. I’m very grateful to the owner and staff for being so caring, attentive, and helpful. It felt like they treated me as family, not just a guest. That kind of care really touched me. I wish the hotel continued success and prosperity, and hope it keeps standing strong with such dedicated people. The service was warm and attentive, and breakfast was fine, though there wasn’t much choice. We only stayed one night. The room had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, and a nicely sized bathroom with a good shower. The main drawback was the weak A/C, which took around 4-5 hours to cool the room. We parked our bikes outside, with no covered parking.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel sits in a quiet area. My room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress and a big glass window looking out over the river. The place looks beautiful inside and out, and it feels new. I’d give it an A+.
