For the money, this place is incredible. We got free filtered water, and motorbike rental and laundry were available at good prices. The rooms are small, but each one has a loft, so they don't feel cramped and there's double the space. It's family-run, with a warmth and kindness you don't get from corporate places. They went out of their way to help us twice. This was one of the best stays of our month-long trip around Vietnam. I spent a week searching for good accommodation in Da Lat, and this place brings together several great things better than the others I found. Just go for it.

The owner was very kind and spoke a little French. Cetete is actually “cet été,” meaning “that summer.” I paid VND230k for a private room, so I wasn't bothered by the thin walls, even though you could pretty much hear everything. The room itself was comfortable. Merci beaucoup for the welcome. I'd come back if I return to Dalat.

I slept well here because there was no construction nearby. The owner was really kind, too. I stayed for a month, and they cleaned for free twice a week and did my laundry for free once a week.

Big thanks to Bi and Lavie for looking after me so well during my stay. They helped me rent a scooter, served excellent coffee at their café, and gave me useful recommendations for local sights and places to visit. Their help made the whole experience really enjoyable.
