Breakfast was terrible. The hotel gave us vouchers, and others in our group complained too, both about the food and how dirty the place was. The room had a strong mold smell, and the bed felt dusty, like it hadn't been cleaned. The floor and ceiling were very dirty and black, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. Towels weren't changed for two nights in a row. When they finally brought fresh ones, they had hair and what looked like snot on them. We reported it to reception again, and they changed them to washable towels.
