We really liked the location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the canal is only a few minutes away for a walk, a look at local life, or a break at the cafe there. We stayed for a week, and the staff were accommodating: they lent me an iron and helped us arrange an extra night when we decided to move here sooner than planned. The rooms are basic, and the bed felt quite hard to us. It can also get noisy late at night and early in the morning when other guests don’t seem aware of people around them. Cleaning has to be requested, so check that you’ve got everything you need, like towels. If something’s missing, you can ask at the front desk.

The hotel was quiet even though it’s centrally located, and our spacious room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and even accepted a package we had delivered there. We had a fabulous week, and I’d absolutely recommend this affordable, welcoming place.

My family had the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. I really like Da Lat, but the room was dirty and the cleaning staff were unprofessional.

Clean rooms, friendly hotel, and a location close enough to the city center to make getting around easy. I liked it and would come back.

It’s in the central area, so getting around is easy. The place is open 24/7, and even if you get back late at night, someone will be there. The facilities are convenient and complete, and the staff are friendly and polite. I’ll return.
