We stayed three nights during the independence holidays, when the price doubled as expected. We paid about 655k dong a night, but it didn't feel worth paying extra. Our private room was beside the main entrance and reception, and each morning people stood outside talking loudly for a long time, waking us between 6.30am and 7am. There was also a strong mould smell. At the usual 300.000 vnd rate, we thought the room and service would be fair value. With the mould and lost sleep, though, we wouldn't recommend that room above 400k dong. It's a cute homestay run by a lovely family, about a 10 minute walk from the night market.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the family running Big Home Đà Lạt were lovely. They know the best spots in Da lat, so staying here is a good way to experience the city. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's a homestay with quality around a one- to two-star hotel. It had just started operating on 10 Jan 2018. There are 10 rooms, each for 2-4 people, and they're spacious at 15-20 sqm with wide-opening windows.
