The owners were cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic, and the room was fairly clean and new, though small. Finding the place was a bit difficult because it’s in a winding alley on a hillside. Based on the listing on Agoda, I expected a hotel, but it’s really more of a guesthouse. At checkout, I found out that the 500 ml Aquafina bottles in the room cost 10,000 VND each. I’d assumed they were complimentary. If guests have to pay, I think the price should at least be reasonable. Charging much more than convenience stores or supermarkets doesn’t seem right. The extra margin is small, but it can hurt customer satisfaction, especially when after-sales service is poor. Most hotels provide water for guests.

The rooms were tidy, clean, and airy, and the price was reasonable. There were also lots of pretty flower pots outside. The owner was funny, friendly, and easy to get along with.

The owner was friendly, and the low price made this a reasonable place to relax. Save the money for traveling around and exploring other places.

The room was basic, but the price was cheap. Bottled water costs 10k, and laundry is 20k per set.
