The rooms have good facilities, fresh new bed linen, and large bunk beds that are almost small doubles. The location looks out over the river and a dramatic landscape. It's a new setup, and we'd stay again. Service was very good too: they drove us to the bus stop and arranged our cave tour and laundry. I'd also suggest cycling through the rice paddies behind the hostel.

The owners are really nice and helpful, and breakfast is included for free. I stayed two nights and had a great time. It's a very good base for visiting Phong Nha.
