The staff made us feel welcome, and the place was clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a handy spot and the price was reasonable.

The host was kind, and renting a bike was easy. The room, though, was awful. The warm shower was the one decent part. It was dirty, the bathroom was wet, there was no toilet paper, and the soap was filthy. The fridge still had the previous guest’s stuff in it, which was disgusting, and I got bitten so many times. We only needed somewhere near the airport for a few hours, but I wouldn’t stay more than one night as a stopover.

We rented a motorbike at a fair price, but it developed mechanical problems. The staff answered our calls straight away and arranged for another accommodation to collect the bike and give us a lift back to Danang, so we wouldn’t miss our flight. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s close to the airport. I’d definitely recommend it.

There’s great street food all around, and the neighborhood felt friendly and welcoming. The owners were lovely, kind, and always ready to help. They even accepted several parcels for us weeks before we arrived in Da Nang. We had such a good stay and can’t wait to come back. The rooms are cosy, clean, and air conditioned, and some have balconies for £12. It’s really good value. Ignore the ridiculous bad reviews from those westerners who clearly don’t know what they’re talking about.
