We spent three nights here as a family. The house is new and clean, and the owner was friendly and very helpful during our stay.

We booked two nights but left after just one. The room and bathroom were dirty, there was no mattress or bed sheet, and the breakfast advertised wasn't offered. We left early the next morning and found another homestay for less.

I had a great stay on cham island and would book here again without hesitation. The host is friendly and speaks English well. It's also near the best beach for snorkeling.

The local family was a plus, but the place was dirty and there were no bed sheets. For what you get, the price is too high. There are plenty of other homestays in town, so I'd go somewhere else.

The place was dirty, and the bed felt as hard as stone.
