The reception was so nice and helped us a lot, and the lift made getting to the room easy, though it was slow. The place looked like the pictures. There was a company in the same building, so if noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll love it.

The exhaust fan in the fifth-floor apartment was broken, and cigarette smells lingered in the rooms. It was noisy and dirty, with unfriendly staff and no shared spaces. A busy road runs right outside the windows all day and night, and the traffic caused vibrations and so much noise that I couldn't sleep properly.

The room door was locked, and when I asked the staff to fix it, they refused. The facilities weren't good, and the staff were unpleasant and unfriendly to guests. This place deserves zero stars.
