You get a terrific view from every room, and the location in Dalat is hard to beat. The staff are kind and helpful, always making an effort to keep guests happy. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodation.

What stood out most to me was the big yard. The toilet’s holder was broken, and there was no fridge or bottled water. There are two staff members at the home: one was very nice, while the other acted much like the guests. I looked through reviews going back to 2020, and it seems to me the same problems still haven’t been addressed. When I book somewhere far from the center, I’m mainly hoping for a nice view and good service, but the service here was well below what I’ve had at many other places.

Calais Villa Da Lat combines a garden cafe with a restaurant, a Da Lat specialty, in a resort-style setting. It offers a peaceful break for visitors at an affordable price. Calais is also the name of a quiet grape-growing city in France. The villa aims to give families and friends a lovely vacation in Da Lat.

The garden is roomy, and the newly renovated rooms have lovely decor. Food and drinks are served quickly and conveniently, so it feels a bit like being at home.
