A horrible experience, not worth a penny. They blamed us for stealing a spoon that was already in the room, without checking properly. They also asked us to clean a napkin with a small stain, which is obvious.

The staff at Dalat Paradise Hotel were so friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and checking that things were going well. My room was cozy, clean, and decorated with a bit of Da Lat charm. The location worked well, close to the city center but quiet enough to relax. Breakfast included a nice range of local dishes and fresh coffee. Great value for the money, and I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat.

My room had a lovely city view and was clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local and Western choices. The team were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Dalat Paradise Hotel is conveniently near nice cafes and attractions, but still quiet enough to get some rest. I'd happily come back, and it's a great choice for a Da Lat visit.

The staff were extremely rude, especially the manager. They made us wash towels over a stain, and nobody helped when we carried our luggage down the stairs and about 20 metres to our vehicle. They also asked us to pay for things they said were missing without checking the room, even though everything was there. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel in Dalat if you want to enjoy your trip and have peace of mind.
