The parking situation was a mess. There was no car parking available, and when the lot was full, I was told to find a space on my own. There wasn't any covered parking for rented motorbikes either, so I had to leave them outside. Then, after coming back from a night out at 11 PM, I found myself locked out. I'd paid for the room, but was treated like I was freeloading. My room also went uncleaned for two nights. The whole thing felt very unprofessional. Worst hotel I've stayed in, and I'd tell people to think twice before booking 😫

The mattress was comfortable and the hairdryer worked, but most of the rest was disappointing. The fridge light came on even though it didn't cool, and the TV powered up but wasn't working. There was a bad smell in the wardrobe, a broken cabinet knob, and the electric kettle's base was old and yellow. I worried using it could make someone sick. The bathroom didn't clear steam quickly, and the tap gave only cold or hot water, with no warm setting, which made showering awkward. This isn't a luxury stay. It may do if you only need somewhere basic to sleep for a night.
