The staff made this stay for us. Yen at reception told us about the daytime construction before we arrived and offered us the chance to cancel without a penalty. She speaks English, was warm and welcoming, and helped arrange a private driver to Saigon for checkout day. After just a few days, it felt like we’d known her for years. The woman who handled the rooms and laundry was friendly and helpful too. We loved staying here because of the people and the way they shared their country with us. It’s a peaceful spot among greenhouses and farms, away from the downtown bustle. Restaurants, shops, and markets are a short, inexpensive Grab ride away. Our two-week stay overlapped with construction, but it was only during the day and didn’t bother us. The rooms are adequate rather than luxurious, with pleasant views and kitchens that work well for two. They provide complimentary water, and laundry pickup right outside the door is available at a low rate.

It feels more like a home than a hotel, and the quiet garden is really well kept. From the place you get lovely views of the mountains and town, especially in the morning and evening. The front desk staff speak English very well and are friendly and accommodating within reason. I was especially grateful they let me stay with my retired service dog. A calm, comfortable place in Da Lat.

We’re here with our family in a two-bedroom apartment and are enjoying every day. The new, modern home is spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The owners are warm and welcoming, and have made us and our children feel cared for and at home. The big balcony, little gym, and large garden and front yard are favorites, especially for playing with the kids. Weekly cleaning is excellent and everything stays spotless and organized. It’s a little outside the center, which suits us because it’s quiet and peaceful. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are an easy walk from the main road, and Grab taxis make getting around Da Lat simple and inexpensive. We recommend it wholeheartedly and already know we’ll return. We spent a month and a half here and were extremely happy with the stay. Whenever we asked for something, it would be in our room within five minutes. The service was outstanding, the room comfortable and well equipped, and the balcony view was beautiful. Honestly, we can't think of a single downside. Highly recommended.
