The staff were so kind and helpful, and the location worked well, with the night market around a 10-15 minute walk away. Our room was clean and spacious. We had a minor problem with the shower head, but they fixed it straight away. Scooters can be rented right at the hotel and paid for at the end, though they do keep your passport.

The room was quite spacious and the service was good. The hotel is central in Da Lat, close to places, and they offer early check-in for a small extra charge. I loved staying here and would book it again if I return to Da Lat. Thanks for having me.

The staff were lovely when they greeted us and helped whenever we asked. They cleaned the room daily and left us two free bottles of water each day, which I appreciated. Still, I won't be coming back. There was no ventilation in the room or bathroom, and the mould smell hit as soon as we walked in. The bathroom window was covered in mould, and the smell clung to my clothes even after I left for another city. Ants came in through that window on the first night. Staff sprayed and swept them up, but more appeared, so we bought our own Raid to deal with them. The sheets didn't feel very clean, and the pillows had an unpleasant old, used smell. I mostly slept on my travel pillow. I don't blame the hotel, since these may be its limitations and it's a two-star place, but I should have left for somewhere else after the bathroom. I don't usually post reviews, but wanted to share what happened. I'll upload a Google review with pictures.
