Hùng and his wife were so kind and helpful when I had stomach issues, and they upgraded my room. My room at the back was clean and comfortable, with hot water in the shower, and it was mostly quiet at night. There’s a nice lounge/cafe downstairs. The peaceful walk beside the lake takes you to a large Go supermarket, while the center and night market are also close, about a 5-minute walk. Dalat was cooler and a lovely, relaxing break after hectic HCMC. Highly recommended.

The owner is a great guy who likes chatting with people and speaks English really well. We had salted coffee, and it was one of the best coffees we tried in Vietnam. Such a nice coffee place, 10/10!

Those flower decorations are brilliant. We stopped in for coffee, and the owner made what I thought was the best egg coffee in Vietnam. I really liked the place.

The front room gets some street noise, but the place is clean, cute, and fairly central, with good value for money. The man was very kind and speaks English really well. He and his wife even made me a personalized lunch and breakfast, which I appreciated. His wife was kind too, though at times she seemed annoyed or bothered and didn't smile, which would've been nice. She doesn't speak English, but uses Google Translate to communicate.

The staff were very helpful and can arrange tours. The hotel is close to the town center, yet it stays really quiet at night. My room was nice and comfortable.
