We booked just one night at this lovely guesthouse on a back road in the centre of tam coc, then ended up staying three because the room was spacious and comfortable. Trees all around the balcony made it a little haven. The people were nice too, and breakfast eggs were really good 😊

The location was the best part, just a few meters from the main street, and breakfast was fine with a few options. The room was spacious and okay, with a hot water heater, though there was no kettle or bottled water. Since it faced the road, the morning noise was pretty much what we expected. We stayed two nights, then moved to the Trang An area for seven nights to get somewhere quieter and more relaxing. Cheap stay, and you get what you pay for.

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, and we enjoyed this small, family-run hotel. We were four friends visiting Tam Coc and the surrounding area, and Tuan Minh Homestay worked well as our place to meet up and spend the night.
