The owner was really warm and considerate. I rented bikes there for a day and returned them a little late, but she let us bring them back without charging extra. The place also has lots of lovely dogs and cats. Some negative reviews may have confused it with the hotel across the street, Doi May, which was pretty run down. I’d happily come back next time.

We had water, coffee, and tea in the room, and the mattress was clean and comfortable. The shower was the best we’d had in two months of traveling, and the whole house was clean. Doc May House was the best guesthouse we stayed at on the trip. The owner is incredibly kind. Don’t hesitate to book! 🙏🏻🤍

Yom and her family, who run the guesthouse, were so kind and helpful. She speaks English, can suggest places to see, and can arrange transport to other cities. Scooters are available to rent, and there’s a nice cafe upstairs. I stayed here twice during my trip. It’s clean and in the center of dalat.

They canceled my room without telling me. When I got in touch, the hotel blamed Booking.com and took no responsibility. The customer service was extremely poor, and I wouldn’t trust this place.

The staff were lovely and always ready to help. Our room was small but fine for the stay, just as advertised. At €15 a night, it was a bargain compared with European prices. Restaurants and the night market are conveniently close. The owners have several dogs, which suited me because I love dogs, though it’s useful to know if you don’t.
