Thao Phuong is the name on the sign outside, which makes the place easier to find. It’s very near the market, handy for getting around, and especially affordable on weekdays. We paid 550k/night for a room for four with two 1.6m beds, and 320k/night for a room for two with one 1.6m bed. The owner and her family were super helpful and friendly. After we checked out, she let us leave our bags past 12 PM while waiting for our car. Motorbikes are available to rent too, a scooter for 120k or a manual bike for 100k. The rooms are roomy and nicely decorated, with a refrigerator, fan, kettle, hairdryer, and wardrobe. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, and toothpaste. Best of all, the water pressure is strong and the hot water stays steady, even late at night. It’s an older place, so some things show their age: the paintings and wooden cabinets are cracked, the fan and TV are old, the cable picture is a little blurry, and the towels are thin. The room and bathroom doors creak loudly, which can be a nuisance at night. There are no plastic liners in the bins, and the room clock has a dead battery that hasn’t been replaced. The living area feels small with a car parked inside, leaving a cramped space for guests’ motorbikes. The main door is usually closed, so just knock when you arrive. If you’re fine with an older interior and want a cheap, clean stay near the city center with a friendly host, it’s still a worthwhile choice.

Booking directly costs less than using the app. Our two-night room was only 350k VND per night 😍 The rooms are clean and airy, and near the market. Wishing Home lots of guests!

It’s close to Da Lat market and the famous avocado ice cream shop, making it handy for exploring Da Lat’s food scene. Getting there by car is a bit inconvenient. The hotel is old, but it’s been renovated in a way that works well.

I stumbled across the place on gg map and decided to book. The owner was cute, friendly, and enthusiastic. For a very reasonable price, the convenient location makes it worth booking. The room was okay and airy, and the sheets were clean. A newer bathroom would be a big plus, though the hot water and water pressure felt very okay to me. Everything else was just enough for an enjoyable trip.
