Nguyen Tuan Anh at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and I had a brief, pleasant chat with him before leaving. That personal touch made the visit more memorable. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Du Lys. The hotel felt cozy and was well placed for exploring the city.

This was my second time staying here. It’s close to the night market and reasonably priced, with breakfast included. The room was alright, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I did find the policy of holding onto guests’ IDs during their stay a bit questionable. For the price, though, it was good value.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is just a few minutes from attractions, the market, and restaurants. But the rooms feel dated and need renovation, and the place didn’t seem very clean. We found roaches in our bathroom, then noticed little flies on the fruit at breakfast in the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d look for a newer hotel.

The rooms were clean enough, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast came with the stay, but I wasn’t keen on the Asian-style dishes in the morning, so I stuck with an omelette. The traditional Vietnamese coffee was far too strong for me and undrinkable. Otherwise, it was nice enough.

The staff were amazing and always ready to help. We rented motorbikes right at the hotel, and I especially want to thank the man who rented them to us and the male receptionist, whose name we’ve forgotten, sorry. I’d absolutely come back if I travel to Dalat again 💯
