Cosmos Hotel Danang

The smell was the main downside. There was an unpleasant odor in both our room and the corridor, almost like smoke. I don’t know if it came from other guests or was just a general smell in the hotel. Breakfast also didn’t suit us very well. The choices were limited, and I don’t like eating meat and rice or noodles at 7 a.m. I had toast once, then chose to eat out instead of using the free breakfast. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the staff were lovely and spoke good English, and the location near the beach was good. It seemed good value for money, and was an alright place to stay in Da Nang.

I stayed three weeks in a spacious, comfortable room. The hotel is very well located, close to hundreds of restaurants, massage parlors, and stores, as well as Danang University of Economics if you’re visiting a student. Everything was clean and as well maintained as possible, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The people are the hotel’s biggest asset. I wish I could find staff like them everywhere I stay. The facilities are old, breakfast is limited, and some areas could use renovation. It felt like a solid three-star hotel to me, rather than the four stars some guides might show.

I stayed at Cosmos Danang from January 24 to 26, 2026. The rooms facing the sea were beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel felt very nice and luxurious. The beach is only a two-minute walk away. The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and highly recommend it.

The breakfast was fine, though it gets very crowded. The staff were lovely and even bought us flowers for our wedding anniversary ❤️ The location is great, and the room was fine for the price.
