The owner even gave us a gift, hehe. Thanks, fairy town! The rooms were clean and cozy, with little details that made the place feel like a real storybook setting. Everyone on staff was warm and accommodating, and the whole stay had a bit of fairy-tale magic to it. It seems like a nice fit for families, couples, or anyone wanting that kind of atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The room had an unpleasant smell after we'd been there for a while, and the hygiene could be better. The property also looked quite different from its booking photos: those show a grand castle and fairy-tale town, but in person it was just an ordinary little courtyard. I hung my black clothes in the drying area the guesthouse provided, and they got splashed with bleach during cleaning. They were badly discolored. At the front desk, the staff member said she didn't know what happened and hadn't done the cleaning, then refused to follow up. When I asked to speak with the cleaning staff to check what had happened, she wouldn't let me. I found the response upsetting and felt no one was taking responsibility or communicating with me. I hope management improves staff training around guest service and makes sure the advertising reflects the property accurately.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the water pressure was strong after a day of walking. The owner and her family were so friendly, and she upgraded our room without us even asking. The hotel is near the city center, with plenty of places within walking distance. Thanks to the owner for being so welcoming. We'd book here again if we return to Dalat, and I'd recommend it. I'm not sure why I can't leave a review on agoda 🤧

We spent eight nights at Fairy Town Hotel in Da Lat, and the place was peaceful, convenient, and kept very clean. The hotel is cozy and charming, but the owners and staff are what made it special. They were kind, warm, and always ready to help, and made us feel almost like family. We left with lovely memories and a lot of gratitude. It felt like a place with heart, and I'd gladly recommend Fairy Town Hotel to anyone visiting Da Lat. I can see why you'd want to come back.

I booked a small room, but the owner gave us the biggest one instead. So kind! We loved the hotel. It also has vivi🐶 on security duty, haha. We'll miss you so much, vivi. Big thanks and love to the owner. If we come back to dalat vietnam, we'll stay here again!
