The room itself was acceptable, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay again because the service and management fell short. The front desk was consistently empty and the receptionist often unavailable. The bathroom mat was so slippery that my friend and I both slipped and fell twice. We were bleeding, and there was no first aid kit. On our first night, the hot water was turned off while Da Lat’s temperature dropped to around 13°C, so we couldn’t take care of personal hygiene the next morning. They didn’t provide instant coffee or tea, and bottled water wasn’t refilled during our two-night stay. At checkout they forgot to return my ID card. I had to remind them afterward, and when they sent it back via Grab, they asked me to pay the delivery cost.

The road to the hotel is tricky, and you’ll probably have to deal with it one way or another. I’d find another decent place, since there are plenty in Da Lat. This hotel was a total disaster for me. The internet was awful, there was no toilet paper in the room, and the reception was empty most of the time. You couldn’t reach them except on Facebook, where they took about 20 minutes to answer. On Friday they shut the doors at midnight, so after going out you couldn’t get back into your room. The room also wasn’t cleaned during my whole week there.

The reception staff and everyone else were so friendly and enthusiastic, and the rooms were lovely and clean. We booked two rooms side by side, both with beautiful views. They’re very flexible about hours and always open the gate when you get back late. I’ll definitely return! 😘
