We stood outside your hotel yesterday, and I can personally confirm it was closed and abandoned. A nearby hotel even told us you’d shut down a month earlier. I messaged to say we’d arrived, but you only replied today to say we hadn’t shown up. What kind of service is that? If you’re still operating, you should have answered right away, especially when it was clear we were having trouble yesterday. I’ll file a formal complaint with Agoda if you try to charge me. I’ve never had such a bad hotel experience. If you’re not a scam, as you say, you’re still giving people, especially tourists, a bad impression of Vietnam.

We ended up wandering the streets at 11pm after a long travel day, with nowhere to stay. We were lucky a lovely man helped us find another hotel and get somewhere safe. I’d booked ahead and received confirmation, then messaged the hotel several times on arrival day with our expected time and later to say our flight was delayed. Nobody replied. When we finally arrived, they cancelled our booking. The one-star reviews about this hotel are right.

The hotel sits at the bottom of a very steep alley. The room was in poor shape, damp, and smelled terrible. Mold covered the ceiling and walls, there were leftover cigarettes, and the TV didn’t work. The photos must be old, because the rooms look nothing like the pictures. There was nobody at the counter to check us in. When we did get to talk to the lady, she was rude. She got very aggravated when we asked for fresh towels each day, and didn’t want to give us sheets so we could change the beds ourselves. The sheets were very old and dirty, with pee, stains, and who knows what else on them. Our original room was so bad that we moved, then had to buy our own air freshener to spray the new room. We’d booked a balcony room but were told we had to pay extra for it. Tourists should avoid this place at all cost.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in, and a terrible experience in Da Lat. It was old, dirty, stinky, and nothing like the pictures. The owner was the only person there, doing the cleaning herself, and she was rude as soon as we arrived. We’d booked two queen rooms with balconies, but she said we’d only booked superior rooms and tried to make us pay more for balconies. I asked for clean sheets so we could change them ourselves and complained about how dirty and smelly the room was. She got mad and yelled at me. I had to buy my own room spray and use it three times a day because of the stink. I even asked on the first day if I could get a refund for two of our three days, with her keeping one day’s payment, but she refused since she already had our money from check-in. They didn’t even collect the trash for three days. Staying here felt like punishment, but we had to put up with it because we didn’t want to pay for another place. While I was there, I heard several phone arguments between the owner and other guests with the same problem, she was trying to charge them more for the room rate too. I hope you don’t end up as the next victims, uncomfortable on your trip. Stay Away From This Place. All the 10.0 reviews here are probably from her friends, because I can promise nobody would give this place 10.0.

Good value for the money. We booked a quadruple room for four, and both the room and beds were clean and neat. The service and location were really bad, though. It’s at the bottom of a steep hill, so be careful if you’re riding a bike.
