The staff were attentive and very helpful, and the hotel was clean with good amenities. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Da Lat.

For a business trip, ending up at a hotel this poor was infuriating. It’s only 4-5km from Da Lat market, but the service was terrible. We paid 500,000 VND for a night, yet the hotel shut after 10 PM. When I went out to get my things, they made it difficult, then slammed the roller door before I could get back in. The owner spoke rudely, saying, “Who has time to sit and watch guests at night?” There wasn’t even a reception desk. If you needed anything, you had to knock and call for hours before anyone appeared. They also fined guests 500,000 VND each time they bought food to eat in their rooms. How can Da Lat’s tourism authorities allow a place to treat customers this disrespectfully?

We pay 500,000 VND a night, so why are we treated as if we’re begging? The roller shutters are locked at 10:30 PM, and when you call, they make it hard to get the door opened. There’s no reception desk, so you have to call out whenever you need something. Guests can be locked out before they’ve even collected their belongings, and when we ask them to open up, they’re rude, saying, “Who has time to sit and wait for you?” Are guests allowed to come and go, or are we your children or servants who must be back by 10:30 PM, even if we’re hungry? Are we not allowed to go out for food? What if someone gets sick and needs emergency treatment in the room? This is a service business, yet they treat customers so rudely.
