My family and I had a great stay. The room stayed cool even without air conditioning, and I recommend visiting. The staff were consistently friendly with guests. I was especially impressed by a female employee named an tam.

The central location was handy, and it wasn't too noisy. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange laundry, a motorcycle rental, and airport transfer. The hotel was clean, with good Wi-Fi, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Hot water took a minute to warm up, but the shower was good once it did.

The main issue was the noise, since the layout echoes easily. Otherwise, the rooms were well appointed and good value. I stayed not long after it opened and have almost nothing but good things to say. The location was fine for me, though I don't mind a good walk.

The room and service were okay, but the owner didn't look at us in a friendly way. The location wasn't great for arriving by car, and there was no car parking when I was there. It's okay, just not perfect, so four stars.

The beds were comfortable, though the room was small. I'd stay at this hotel again.
