The rooms were cramped, there was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. When we needed help, reception ignored us, and the staff’s attitude toward customers was awful. We drove there and were told parking would cost extra, then got charged 140,000 VND at the lot. It felt like they were scamming and squeezing money out of guests. I wouldn’t stay here if you want to avoid wasting money on all the other expensive fees. Thanks for reading. (August 9, 2025)

Clean restaurant, and the broth has a lovely sweetness from the bones.

You can hear people talking in the lobby and footsteps outside because the soundproofing is poor. The bed also rattles and creaks so much that my back nearly gave out lying on it.

It’s easy to wander around from here, with the market, cafes, and lots of places to eat nearby. Phe La and Manwan hotpot are right across the street. The rooms are simple but clean, and the staff were polite and keen to help.

The night market is nearby, which made getting around convenient. My room was clean and had the equipment I needed.
