Picture arriving with your booking confirmed, then being told there’s no room and you need to leave. If you’re fine with that, go ahead. Otherwise, stay away.

The market turned out to be about a 3-4 km walk, despite the listing saying 1200 m. There was barely any garden view either, just a tiny flower pot beside the window. The room had no fan or fridge, and the Wi-Fi was very poor. We couldn't use the TV, and the male staff were unfriendly. The hotel itself was clean, but the service was below par. At checkout, we had to wait while they inspected the bedsheets for blood stains so they could charge for a replacement. Do your research before booking. I won't be going back.

There’s an elevator, which made getting around the newly built hotel easy, and the reception area felt spacious and airy. I was there at Christmas and they had a beautifully decorated tree. My room was roomy, with large glass windows and a wide view, plus free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and complimentary bottled water. The door uses a key card. Staff were decent, polite, and friendly. Room rates seemed acceptable, though breakfast wasn’t included, and parking was quite limited. Snacks, soft drinks, and instant noodles cost extra, but the prices were reasonable.

Still no sign of anyone wanting to help after the hotel responded to my review. When guests leave negative feedback, they make excuses and defend what they did. No apology, no call to check in. You can see for yourself how they answer other low-rated reviews. I even remember recording a video about the water quality problem in an earlier review. My stay was bad: no hot water, weak Wi-Fi, an expensive room, and too few staff. The staff weren't helpful either.
