I stayed five nights and really enjoyed it. Rooms at the back on the upper floors are quiet, even with the windows open, since the building is large. The hotel is well kept, central, and good value. Mai Anh at reception is sweet and helpful. There's an elevator, fast internet, daily housekeeping, and scooters for rent. My room had two water bottles each day, a fridge, TV, kettle, wall fan, bathroom supplies, and plenty of hot water.

I won't come back. It was a nightmare of a stay, with so many problems. The room smelled bad and wasn't quiet. The table, window, and bathroom were filthy, and the colorful patterned mattresses left me unsure about their hygiene. There was no breakfast or free bottled water, and hygiene overall was poor. The reception staff weren't as welcoming as I expected, and the price was higher than other hotels in the same residence. An unforgettable, awful experience.

The first floor looked impressive, but the room was awful. There was no air conditioning or heat, the fan didn’t work, and there was very little hot water. Whenever we asked the front desk lady for help or service, she kept repeating that there were many customers and she couldn’t help because it was Lunar New Year. Don’t stay here.

The hostel sits in a great spot on top of a hill, and our room was super cool and clean. It was a whole experience. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

Can’t complain. One tip, if you’re using Grab bikes, bring your own helmet. The one provided was useless for a Westerner.
