It's hard to leave a place this warm. The staff were the nicest I've ever met. They lent me a raincoat, brought an extra blanket, and walked me to the car under an umbrella when it was raining. The rooms were pleasant and cozy, and breakfast had a delicious variety. You’re all the best! 🙏🥹😁🌸🫶

The evenings had great barbecue and fire pits, and there was always hot water for the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs, and came with a lovely view. The location was fantastic too.

Getting to the hotel was tricky because the road was being built, but they kindly sent someone on a motorbike to collect us. We had a wonderful stay, with excellent facilities and welcoming staff. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with complimentary coffee and drinks. From the rooftop viewing deck you can take romantic photos, and the pine forest outside the window gives the place a woodland feel. I’d love to return!

I stayed for three nights. The location is good, but at night it felt scary. Sounds from the trees hitting the building kept me from sleeping. The customer service was also very poor. I tried to talk with the staff, but none of the employees seemed to understand any English. I paid for a mountain view but ended up with no view of the mountains from my room. Breakfast was disappointing for the price: only six meal choices, all beef, pork, or chicken, so there was nothing for vegetarians. They didn’t even have basics like toast with jam or sauce. I wouldn’t come back unless they improve the breakfast selection and room service, and hire staff who understand English. Very disappointing.
