We were just walking past the building with our dog on a leash when security shouted at us and pointed. Meanwhile, they let their own dogs chase people nearby without leashes.

The location is okay if you work nearby and don’t want to stay at a local hotel. The renovated rooms are nice, but ours hadn’t been updated and still had an old TV. Cleanliness was all right, and the cleaning staff and security were nice. The coordinator, though, was awful. We had to report the hot water problem every day until they blocked us, and hot water only ran at certain times. If you have somewhere else to stay, go there.

Really bad service. The place is old, dirty, and deserted, with no amenities at all.

The staff are good, but communicating is hard because they don’t understand much English, so even small interactions mean using Google Translate. The apartments themselves are good, but the A/C doesn’t work, and they wouldn’t change my room. Most of the units on the 10th floor seem to have broken A/C, so they should repair it.

Clean, fully furnished rooms with cooking utensils make this a nice serviced apartment for a family or group. It is quite far from the city center, though.
