The hotel is in a handy spot if you’d rather not stay right in the middle of downtown, though it’s still close to everything. There’s a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner, plus local Vietnamese places and a fried chicken spot nearby. Breakfast may not have the usual Western food, but I think even picky eaters would find it okay. We did two day tours, and both could pick us up right at the hotel door. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, and check-in and check-out were easy. Service was great from the start. Highly recommend!

Check-in was very quick, and the breakfast buffet was okay. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the lake. Our room was spacious and clean, with two especially large double beds, and the French colonial style is lovely. The view over part of the city was average. The gym, spa, and pool table area on the ground floor were quiet but didn’t feel inviting. I wouldn’t feel safe being there alone.

We spent around ten days here and had a pleasant stay. The staff were attentive and kind, and even the cleaning staff remembered me and greeted me. They did their best to help with whatever we needed. Mrs. Hanh, the manager, was especially attentive. Thanks to everyone for the great service!

They have spacious rooms and the things you need, including AC, snacks, water, a hair dryer, and a safe. Whenever I needed a taxi, the staff quickly called one for me, and they were always opening doors. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warm tea and dried fruits to try, all delicious. The staff were so sweet and caring. It’s such a cute, clean hotel with really friendly people. I’d happily stay here many more times if I get the chance. Thanks for a happy stay.
