The rooms were good, and the service, including the translation help, was excellent. I’d book here again.

We ended up here after another nearby hotel cancelled our booking. We walked over and they had a room, and the staff were really nice. We got by using Google Translate. We chose the small room. It was a little dirty, with hair on the floor and bed, and the bidet was really dirty too. There were no windows 😂. Still, you know what to expect when you pay a bit less. The location was the biggest drawback. There aren’t many restaurants or cafes close by, and the next restaurant is at least a 10-minute walk. Bus 08A gets you to the city center in about 30 minutes, with tickets costing 7k-10k. There’s also a good supermarket nearby.

From Giat Bat station, it’s a few hundred meters to the corner of a small alley, and the place may not look inviting at first. Once inside, though, I was surprised by how clean and comfortable it was, and especially how quiet. There’s a church nearby, along with a mini market and restaurants.

We had a reservation and warned the staff that our flight was delayed by four hours. They said they would wait, but when we arrived the place was shut. They wouldn’t check us in because it was after 12:30 am, and we were left stranded. The service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
