It's easy to find, and the service was excellent. They let me check in early and upgraded my room for free. I rented a motorcycle there too. Affordable and highly recommended.

The staff were enthusiastic, and my family was very pleased with the stay. Since it was March 8th, they even gave us flowers. The hotel is on a main road, so getting around is convenient. Our room was clean and had hot water, and there was an elevator. It suited our family very well.

We could come back late without any trouble thanks to the flexible hours. The staff were friendly and quick to help. Rooms were clean, airy, and spacious for the price, and the hotel is fairly close to Xuan Huong Lake and Da Lat Market. 10/10.

The school across the road played loud music in the mornings, and it woke us on the first day. Earplugs fixed that. Our room itself was fine, clean, with a good bathroom, and we didn't need air conditioning. At arrival, a very friendly receptionist welcomed us warmly and carried our suitcases upstairs. Checkout was another story and felt like a scam. After we gave back the keys, the receptionist hurried into the elevator without saying anything. A few minutes later she came back with a towel marked with makeup and said we had to pay extra. We were taken aback and offered to clean it ourselves. We got the stain out with water in the small bathroom by reception, and then she dropped the extra charge. Payment was only accepted in cash or through a Vietcombank QR code, which doesn't work for foreign tourists.
